Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website sunrisewebtechnology.com (the “Site”) and any services provided by Sunrise Web Technology Pvt Ltd (“Sunrise Web Technology”, “we”, “us” or “our”), including web development, AI solutions and related digital services (the “Services”).

By accessing our Site, requesting a proposal, or engaging our Services, you (“Client”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or Services.

Our Services

Sunrise Web Technology provides website design and development, AI-powered digital solutions, branding and related technology consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for a project will be set out in a separate proposal, quotation, statement of work or agreement (“Order”) shared with the Client, which forms part of these Terms.

Quotes, Proposals & Scope

• All quotes and proposals are estimates based on the information provided by the Client at the time and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Project scope, deliverables and timelines will be confirmed in writing (email or signed proposal) before work begins.
• Any work requested outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges and may affect delivery timelines.

Payment Terms

• Unless otherwise agreed, projects require an upfront deposit before work commences, with the balance payable per the milestones outlined in the Order.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Late payments may result in a pause of project work until outstanding amounts are settled.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on work already completed.

Revisions & Change Requests

Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as specified in the Order. Additional revisions, scope changes or new feature requests beyond what was originally agreed may be treated as a change request and billed separately.

Intellectual Property

• Upon full and final payment, ownership of the final deliverables (such as website files, designs and custom code created specifically for the Client) transfers to the Client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Sunrise Web Technology retains the right to reuse general know-how, frameworks, pre-existing tools and non-client-specific components developed during the engagement.
• Unless otherwise agreed, we reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, case studies and marketing materials.
• Any third-party licenses, plugins, stock assets or software used in a project remain subject to their respective owners’ terms.

Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide timely feedback, content, access credentials and any other materials reasonably required for us to deliver the Services. Delays in providing such materials may result in corresponding delays to project timelines, for which Sunrise Web Technology will not be responsible.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical or financial information shared during the course of the engagement, and to use such information solely for the purpose of fulfilling the project.

Warranties & Disclaimers

Our Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for high quality and reliability, we do not guarantee that the Site or any delivered Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or achieve any specific business outcome (such as search rankings, sales or traffic). Any such projections shared are estimates only.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunrise Web Technology’s total liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the relevant project. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or business opportunity.

Termination & Cancellation

Either party may terminate an ongoing project with written notice. In the event of termination, the Client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination. Any deposit paid is generally non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse our Site, including attempting unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, or using the Site in any way that could damage, disable or impair its functioning. All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos) is owned by or licensed to Sunrise Web Technology and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali), Punjab.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Continued use of our Site or Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
